COVID Policies

Our Commitment to Your Safety

We take the health, safety & well-being of our patients, staff & clinic visitors very seriously. Here are some of the precautions that we’re taking to keep us all safe and healthy during the current COVID-19 global pandemic.

Protecting Us All As We Reopen Our Clinic

Here’s what we’ve done to help protect you, and us, as we open the clinic:

  1. Prior to your appointment, you will be emailed a short self-assessment survey. We require this to be completed by you and returned to us before you enter the clinic.
  2. You will be called on the morning of your appointment to be verbally screened again.
  3. There is effectively no waiting room. At the time of your appointment, you will be brought directly into one of the treatment rooms to wait for your Physiotherapist.
  4. Please arrive at your appointment alone. We are asking that you wait outside the clinic, and we will send an email to you when it is your time to enter. Please contact us directly if this protocol will not work for you.
  5. All surfaces in every room (including door handles) are disinfected thoroughly between every patient visit. The disinfectant used takes 3 minutes to work its magic.
  6. All patients are asked to arrive at the clinic with a face mask to wear for the duration of your appointment time.
  7. All clinicians and staff will wear masks and gloves, and possibly face shields as well, while in the presence of every patient.
  8. The clinic bathroom is closed for general use.
  9. The reception area has a plexiglass barrier to provide separation between our front desk staff and yourself for transactions in that area.
  10. We are asking you to consider leaving your credit card number securely stored in our system in order to allow for payment transactions without contact. We are able to email you a receipt.

How We’re Screening Anyone Who Enters Our Clinic
