Lynda McClatchie
Clinic Director
Lynda is a very experienced physiotherapist with extensive training in musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy. She is credentialed in the McKenzie System of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and has taught an introduction to this system to the senior Physical Therapy students at the University of Toronto.
Lynda has completed many advanced training courses in pelvic health to address issues with pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, post-prostatectomy physiotherapy and several other conditions.
Lynda mentors other clinicians in clinical reasoning and advanced techniques in both musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions in order to assist in their development. She is passionate about educating patients to understand the source of their issue, so that as a team they can move forward together.
Lynda grew up in London, Ontario and has always been active in sports and fitness. She now lives in Mississauga with her husband and two kids.
JOELLE LI
Physiotherapist
Joelle Li is a Registered Physiotherapist who obtained her Bachelor of Science at McMaster University in the Honours Life Sciences program, followed by her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. After having first-hand experience with physiotherapy in her youth, she developed a passion and appreciation for the field of rehab. Joelle is very focused on promoting patient/family-centred care, patient education and is using her knowledge and experiences to enhance the quality of life of others. She has participated in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopaedic Division Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) physiotherapy program and successfully completed their Level 2 Exams. Joelle has also taken courses in McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Pelvic Health – Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Pelvic Pain, Soft Tissue Release and Taping, and other post-graduate courses to advance her clinical knowledge to help each patient.
Joseph Kim
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
With a keen interest in Massage Therapy and helping others, Joseph took advantage of an opportunity to make a career change, graduated from Kikkawa College and became registered in 2008. In addition to the Swedish and Myofascial techniques developed at Kikkawa, Joseph has also studied Contemporary Acupuncture at McMaster University, Deep Tissue Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Active and passive Release, Cupping etc. Over the years, Joseph has worked with clients of all ages and varying abilities, including seniors, expectant mothers and business professionals. Whether for general relaxation or to address a specific issue, his goal is to work with and educate his clients, designing each session to meet their needs most effectively and provide a comfortable experience. He can speak both English and Korean in favour of clients.
Laura McWilliams
Office Administrator
Laura, our office administrator, makes booking your appointments and billing directly to your insurance insurance easy and is always happy to help. She brings, from her previous roles in a psychologist and chiropodist office, empathy and understanding to the job, treating you with the importance and care you deserve.
When not in the office, Laura enjoys traveling with her family, watching movies from the 30’s and 40’s and researching her family tree history.

Admin Assistant
Dinah is our evening and Saturday admin assistant. She strives to provide reliable and friendly support to our team and patients at the clinic. Dinah has just completed her undergraduate degree in health studies and looks forward to pursuing her masters in public health.
In her spare time, Dinah enjoys volunteering, reading, going to concerts and exploring digital art mediums.
